Hi! My name is Miss Amanda and I run the library with Miss Sue. I have been at TLC since 2019!

 

I attended the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford and majored in English and Elementary Education. I taught Reading at GGB and School Street and then became a stay at home mom. 

My husband Donny and I have 3 daughters: Lilly, Emmy and Anna!

 

While my children were growing up I taught Elementary Art at St. Bernards for 5 Years and volunteered in the school library. When the school closed I moved the St. Bernards Library to The Learning Center.

 

I am also the SPARK Arts Director which provides Arts Programming to individuals with disabilities.

My hobbies include traveling, walking and hiking, reading and enjoying my dogs and family. 

 

Fun Fact: I have 5 dogs! One of which is Therapy Dog-Maggie!
