Hi I am Miss Vicki!

I am in my sixth year at TLC.
I graduated from Youngsville High School in the early 1970’s
I have spent most of my adult life in some kind of office setting as
my occupation. As my vocation, I have spent most of my adult
life working with children or working with adults who work with
children.

I enjoy being a part of the afternoon program at TLC. By the time I
see the kids, they have already had a full day of learning,
interacting with both the adults at the school and their classmates.
For some of them they are just tired and ready to go home. For
me, it is time to help them transition from school to evening
activities. Some free play, a snack to eat, sometimes a craft or
story, but most importantly a happy distraction until they are
picked up.

When I am not at TLC, I am involved in many different church
activities. I sit on the board and volunteer at Destinations-
Bradford, which serves many different needs of our community. I
am also a crafter. I do furniture flips, enjoy repurposing different
items, and I am a vintage treasure hunter.
