Miss Colleen
3rd/4th and 5th/6th Grade Teaching Assistant

My name is Colleen Moore, and I am an assistant teacher working with both the 3rd/4th and 5th/6th grade classrooms stating the 2025–2026 school year.

I moved to the area in 2020 from State College, where I earned my associate degree in Criminal Justice. I became involved in the TLC community through my daughter’s experience, and it inspired me to make a career change so I could focus more on education and being present for my family.

 

I quickly discovered how much I love supporting students and being part of their growth. I enjoy creating a positive and encouraging environment where every child feels supported and valued. I especially love building connections with students and families and being part of such a welcoming school community.

Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my daughter, drinking coffee or tea, and being outdoors. Especially relaxing and watching birds and nature.
